之前就看大家的心得與推薦
所以最近也來實行一下
每天早上起來的第一件事
就是喝600cc的水!!
然後去學校 上課時也有喝水
讓自己再喝1200cc的水!!
發現!!真的很有效耶!!
感覺整個人精神多了~
也很順暢
再搭配偶而伸個懶腰!!
我同學都說我有瘦XDD
好開心!!
因為我真的是一個不愛運動的人!!
我是運動的絕緣體XDD
希望可以繼續維持下去!!
喝水!!+伸懶腰!!
輕鬆過人生!!^^
