我本身是素食者.我現在"早餐要吃飽.中餐適量晚餐可以只吃菜"每天晚上走路回家<大約30分鐘>走回家後往上跳1000下睡覺前身體和腳呈現90度10分鐘.還有踩腳踏車(到腳痠)但是我還是瘦不了..還有甚麼方法可以瘦?不用快.只要能瘦就好~^^拜託各位了~我身高157.體重.....54.....重死了...拜託幫幫忙~~!!幫幫忙了~謝謝^^
