圓頂奶油土司烤好為何會側邊裂開?? - beauty

請問前輩們,因為要烤麵包丙級,每次做圓頂奶油吐司都會側邊裂的很嚴重,問題到底出在哪裡?我的桿捲接何處都有朝下,空氣也有排乾淨,發酵至8分滿進烤箱,溫度控制160/190,當烤到10分鐘後土司頂部就開始往上衝,側邊就開始有裂痕到烤好就裂2/3。問題是出在我桿的力道有問題嗎?
