坐好、挺胸、縮小腹
這對常常要坐在椅子上工作的我曾經是一件....有點痛苦啊~~
我發現挺胸的人,背部很少會有肥肉
手臂就算胖也不會胖到哪裡去
尤其是挺胸時,手臂還往裡夾 往內用力
這陣子力行『坐好運動』 --姿勢的調整
明明下班沒運動、照吃麥當勞,但是腰就是瘦了,那『圈圈』不見了
雖然只小到1吋,臀圍還是不動如山.體重也差不多~(泣)
小腹也小了喔
所以,想減肥的上班族、久坐一族,咱們坐好吧!
實行一段時間再看看成效,會有意想不到的發現哦 (整個樂天派)
