早餐:1)現揉麵團蛋餅+溫清漿
2)熱牛奶一杯

午餐:通常都是炒青菜(偶爾加點小肉絲)+白飯
晚餐:上班前不太餓就喝一杯美X家的寶纖
下班後若很餓就吃一盒涼麵or一個御飯團
其他:1)很餓時吃東西的速度比較快
2)不吃甜食
3)平常都喝白開水
日常作息時間:
8:00-8:30 起床後一杯溫開水+一杯寶纖
8:30 上班
9:00-9:30 吃完早餐
12:00 中餐
13:00-17:30 上班期間平均喝2-3杯溫開水
18:30-20:30 兼職
21:00-24:00 看電視or鄭多燕30min
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:6月開始打算一週2-3次鄭多燕+埋線
問題陳述:現在平常有在喝寶纖(促進腸胃好排便) 和倍速飲(運動前15min喝,可提高
運動的功效)
Q:如果吃中藥+埋線的話 還可以喝倍速飲嗎?
因為埋線後最好不要吃甜的....
(倍速飲是巧克力口味)
