埋線和打胺基酸 - 美體

減肥方式:晚上少吃,不吃炸、冰,水喝2000↑ml
問題陳述:
之前在網路上和板上都看到很多人埋線減肥很有效,
所以一個禮拜前也決定去埋,在嘉義找到兩間,
一間是中醫醫院500$,一間是家庭醫院兼美體600$
(部位埋線,沒有吃藥)
後來決定去美體的那間,因為沒去過中醫好像有點恐怖,
上個禮拜去了第一次時,護士建議我用打胺基酸代替埋線,原理一樣是刺激穴道,
但是很多人試過,打胺基酸比較有效,而且氨基酸可以活化細胞,
因為很多人說就像是針灸一樣,因為我針灸過覺得不痛,沒想這麼多就去打了,
後來護士幫我整個肚子消毒,最後在整個肚子整整打了15針,藥劑打進肚子裡時,
''痛不欲生'' 連我不怕痛的都痛到快受不了了,但每針打完大約只痛了3分鐘。
過了四天,加上我的飲食控制大約從59掉到57,但是第五天被朋友逼著去吃晚餐,
是吃義大利麵餐廳(水果優格+酥皮濃湯+海鮮白醬義大利麵),吃得非常飽,
隔天從57跑到58,到現在又變成59了,一個禮拜過去又到了要回診的時候,
因為從沒在網路上看到有人打胺基酸的,不知道到底有沒有效,
如果沒效在去打不就白痛了。
所以我應該回去回診打胺基酸還是去中醫跟大家一樣埋線呢?
※看到大家的回應,才知道原來吃的東西都是錯的 :P
如果按照Jolin的5日食譜,不知道O不OK?
現在開始會改變飲食,謝謝大家的回應 :D
有關運動,因為最近真的很忙沒時間,只剩體育課跟假日兩天,體育課我都很盡量的
動一整節..
