增加基礎代謝量的方法或是飲食 - 美體

但是害怕概念錯誤 所以還是詢問版上的大家~
今天去康是美量的
體脂肪:26.3
基礎代謝率:1263
康是美的店員說我的基礎代謝量偏低
建議我可以多喝水 多吃肉 或是多運動來增加基礎代謝量
那麼減重就會比現在容易
因為我也想要減重
吃的方面 早餐跟晚餐都控制在熱量300左右 中餐就隨便吃自助餐
所以我現在一周平均有3天會有"走"跑步機 30~40分鐘
(跑步機上顯示差不多消耗100多卡)
請問版上的大家覺得這樣子的方式符合健康減重嗎?
