前幾天因為過生日的關係
瘋狂吃了幾塊蛋糕= = 都是不同天吃的啦
不過都是晚上= = 囧...
所以中斷了減肥計劃
昨晚再次執行
晚餐只吃了桂格大燕麥片+低糖高纖豆漿
今天才算第一天吧
今日預計:
早餐:一個烤地瓜+無糖綠茶
中餐:10顆水餃+一碗清湯
晚餐:大燕麥片
運動:慢走40分鐘左右
大家覺得這樣OK嗎?
我打算實行個2~3天再去量體重
還有~因為我早晚餐都會固定吃這些東西
午餐可以變換~不過我不知道要吃什麼比較好
大家提供一些意見好嗎?
還有阿~大燕麥片要加什麼東西比較好呢?不然很乾耶
低糖豆漿跟無糖豆漿哪個好阿?
煩請大家多提供些意見囉^^
