昨天下午剛裝上矯正器，還很開心說裝完沒很痛!
結果晚上就連飯都吃不下去了....
醫生還說我的牙齒很小矯正器都看不到牙齒了~囧
隔天牙齒很痠痛 痛到頭也很痛~~@@
想請問大家剛上矯正器大概都痠軟幾天咧?
大家會做些什麼事分散注意力呢???????
(像我覺得睡覺時比較不會痛....)
