大家是怎樣逼自己力竭的 - 健身

小弟我重訓主要是希望肌肉變大
最近在鍛煉我採取的是大肌群少組數
但是注重重量跟離心的練法
自由重量跟機械穿插
之後再搭配一兩個孤立動作
搭配遞減組把力氣用完
一次大概練4.5個動作
想請問大家都是怎樣克服心理讓自己力竭
我抓的重量通常是一組十下
但是第三組可能只能做8.9下的重量
會少一兩下是因為我心裡覺得沒力了
然後就直接放棄
強度應該是足夠
可是一放棄又很不甘心
覺得為什麼不要努力撐 或是借力多做一下
然後努力控制離心就好
問題是我心理上做不到阿
大家遇到這種狀況都是怎樣突破心裡障礙的
能不能分享一下QQ
