從三月開始到現在運動已經兩個多月了
肚子的肉是變少了
但是大腿圍不減反增啊>"<
先說我知道肌肉沒那麼好長
而且對原本沒運動習慣的人來說
剛開始會長一點肌肉是正常的,長到一個程度後就不會再長了
所以po這篇目的只是為了討拍~"~
還有想再加強減脂的動力~~
希望有例證可以告訴我:繼續下去!大腿肉會不見的!!
其實原po運動前並不胖
身高160 體重47
在去年過年前體重是46
過年後胖了1公斤變成47
再加上冬天實在超冷,本身手腳冰冷很嚴重,想讓身體好一點
所以才開始運動
目前的運動量大約是:
一個禮拜3天鄭多燕
1天慢跑30分鐘
1天拳擊有氧(billy)
1天簡單重訓20min(這個目前還不穩定,大概2禮拜一次)
1天休息
開始運動後的好處實在很多,
冬天不會因為手腳冰冷睡不著
精神變好了,不會下班就癱在沙發上
駝背的情形改善
屁股變翹
肚子肉變少,快要有11字的肚子了!
整體曲線變漂亮
喔對了,我運動後體動沒有降,反而增加1公斤變成48
然後食量也變大(羞~>///<)
早餐量沒變
但午餐和晚餐從本來只吃1/2個便當
變成3/4個便當
唯一讓我困擾的就是大腿了>"<
其實現在大腿比較有線條
但是它著著實實的變粗了
絕對不是單純的充血、褲子剛洗完變緊的錯覺
因為
現在褲子換季,換成夏天的長褲
本來很鬆的褲子→→剛好到有點憋
本來很合的內搭褲→→拉不上來,對!就是穿不下了= =
難道我要和s號說再見了嗎>"<
雖然我很喜歡現在運動的感覺
但是大腿這件事讓我很挫折啊
不知道我繼續運動下去,能不能瘦到大腿的脂肪
還是我應該增加有氧的運動量?
還是應該少吃一點?
有人有類似的經驗可以分享嗎?
