生活型態:久坐上班族
三餐內容:早;拿鐵/水果一包(蘋果半個/奇異果一顆/火龍果四分之一)全穀麵包一片
午;自製便當 時蔬四分之二 糙米飯四分之一蛋白質四分之一(偶爾蛋/雞肉/羊肉/海鮮
)
點心:有計劃要去運動會吃香蕉一根或麥片一碗
晚:外食便當 白飯吃一半菜會吃完肉也吃一半
假日會比較方鬆但不吃炸的跟含糖飲料
可是會喝巧克力牛奶~
健康狀況:有慢性疾病(遺傳性甲狀腺低下)
運動習慣:
每週五次5~9k(依當天狀況而定)
如果有遇到下雨或覺得煩會換成去健身房
滑步機/直立式腳踏車/滑船機
每次運動大概都會花一小時
我的問題是:
大腿根部很討厭

用黑色比畫的那邊會比較凸
現在有加入深蹲來加強
但是
好像還是一樣
該怎麼辦才好
還有啊
運動超久大概一年多了
體脂肪只降個零點二
是這台比較不準嗎
體態是有變啦
畢竟胸部都小兩個cup了
上半身超有感
下半身很哀傷
