跟大家分享一個我自己調的失眠擴香配方
我本身輕鬱在吃抗憂鬱劑(睡前半顆Sertraline),沒有用安眠藥,
之前睡覺多夢易醒,現在搭配睡前瑜珈10分鐘,可以一次睡到8小時
(還是會做夢但是是睡醒會忘記的那種)
之前試過薰衣草單用,大概滴兩滴對我來說用量就過多,反而睡不著
也試過苦橙葉+真正薰衣草,效果大概就4小時
這次爬文看到2016年某篇版友推薦佛手柑和穗甘松,就試了佛手柑,效果很好
材料:
ND佛手柑
ND甜橙
ND苦橙葉
ND真薰
芳療家乳香
比例 3:2:2:2:1,
用尺量個大概而已(算滴數算得很累),泡在10cc避光瓶,
(不過乳香我有算,13d,不足用佛手柑補到滿)
每次滴3d在木片上擴香

PS:
之前有試過2:2:2:2:1之下多加1d真薰擴香,4小時就醒了,
繼續睡可以睡到8小時但是睡眠中斷白天還是很累
多加1d乳香之下,晚上會心平氣和地做惡夢做滿8小時(夢到在荒廢的校園裡砍殭屍www)
睡眠品質是 佛手柑3>>>1d乳香>1d真薰,
感覺完整的睡眠時間還是比較重要
