就是阿我最近在減肥所以在想說要吃神麼才會瘦下面是我的減肥菜單早餐1片白土司低指牛奶其他都喝水喝水的話一天差不多1800cc巴午餐半個炒麵或炒飯+無糖綠茶晚餐一顆蘋果和吃菜運動的話有時間就會運動一個禮拜都3次以上運動1小時這樣ok嘛我1個月內想瘦10公斤這樣一天熱量多少阿有神麼要建議的可�
