如何提高基礎代謝率 - 美體

我25歲 女 160公分
今天六、七月開始想減重
一開始是54kg
搭配運動(X-bike 與慢跑輪替)
飲食控制(不吃油炸與含糖飲料)
現在體重約49~50
這期間我約每個月會去康是美量體脂肪
我的體脂肪從28% 降到24.5%
但是基礎代謝 一直都維持在1200左右(不超過1250)
每個店員都說依我的年紀這樣基礎代謝太低
請問有什麼方法是可以提高基代呢?
爬文有看到重訓
但不去健身房也能做的重訓 有哪些呢?
希望有人能為我解惑
