先說我的資料160/42or43
上半身骨架比一般身材還纖細 扁身
但是下半身還OK~穿25~26
(可能是一直坐著)
整體看起來屁股以下就會比較大
這樣子穿衣服我覺得不是那麼好看~
想請問大家~有曾做過什麼運動肩膀變得較寬.厚實的呢?
真的很想知道自由式是變小還是變寬?
