這似乎是個愚蠢的問題
在下今天心血來潮想到
若我特意將每天的排便習慣改掉
一個禮拜不上大號
是否可因為這樣 讓腸胃的吸收能力受到影響?
不知道這樣子對減肥會有正面還是負面的幫助?
