我現在是高二生我體重65身高167我很想減肥因為我不算太矮所以整個人看起來很壯又加上我皮膚黑黑的我希望在明年2月能夠減到50這會太困難嗎?首先我早餐都隨便吃可能是三明治或是漢堡加上7-11無糖豆漿之後是中餐我吃學校的因為我是學生所以常常很容易餓中餐就會吃蠻多的晚餐也是因為下午了饑餓感就會很重這幾個禮拜我有改掉吃宵夜的壞習慣每天也至少會喝1500cc的水比較�
