家母只要一到換季的時候就很容易有水腫的問題,喝很多水,排尿量卻很少,
有時候雙腿會水腫到很不舒服,看過醫生,醫生說是體質問題,只能靠食療改善,
試用很多方法,吃薏仁,喝紅豆水,喝冬瓜湯等等,效果都很有限,
看板上有人推文說可以嘗試喝玉米鬚茶,最近嘗試過後,效果也普通,
想請問板上的各位前輩,如果是這樣類型的水腫應該怎麼幫助改善?
想請大家提供一些曾經幫助你改善水腫體質的食物....
