小腹越來越凸? - 美體

我158cm..原本43kg
每天飲食控制在1500卡左右
但是..最近半年內從43胖到47kg
都胖在腰腹部
就算瘦下來小腹還是在(就是肚臍以下恥骨以上這部位)
最近幾個月在睡前都有做核心肌群運動

加上深蹲20下
早上起床空腹時可以看到上腹部已經有點肌肉的線條
但是恐怖的是
我的小腹卻是越來越凸
尤其是一整天下來因為有吃了三餐
小腹更是凸到慘不忍睹
是我哪個環節錯了嗎?
還有肚子那一圈油依然屹立不搖
我好想穿回以前的超低腰褲阿
