關於小腿的問題 我之前有問過我的健身教練
教練的回答如下:
一般人認為跑步小腿就會變粗其實是錯誤的一個想法
大家看到的腿粗,可能都是看到馬拉松選手了!
一般短跑的選手仔細去觀察會發現 其實腿都很細
(100公尺 200公尺這種)
why!!???
因為瞬間的爆發力會消耗(乳酸)?!?!
因此短跑跟長跑選手的體態 幾乎不同
基本上 我們並不是像馬拉松選手那樣 每天要跑十幾二十公里的話
其實不用擔心小腿會變粗
小訣竅:教練教我用滑步機的時候
建議:一分鐘快跑
4分鐘慢跑(但是這個慢,還是要維持跑的感覺喔!)
基本上我都跑三十分鐘 大家可以參考看看喔
