最近想要瘦身兼增加肺活量所以開始運動了,就以下兩種方式討論1.腳踏車輕鬆騎有點類似快走的喘氣及心跳,騎1.5~2個小時左右2.慢跑兼快走(跑不動就用走的)連續30~40分鐘,心跳快要跳出喉嚨時就改用快走緩和心跳,平穩後再"慢慢"跑哪個對瘦身效果好?...Showmore
