因為男友體脂肪過高,但是只有他自己減肥感覺很痛苦
所以我就跟著他一起減肥,希望能一起健康降低體脂肪...
男友身高177,體重97.7,體脂30%,內臟脂肪16
本人身高165,體重53.8,體之24%,內臟脂肪2
菜單如下:
早餐:地瓜(大)一個+7-11拿鐵半糖 or 摩斯早餐(漢堡+紅茶)or 男友有時會吃大燕麥片
午餐:正常吃--便當 or 滷味約70元(有30元青菜) or 麵食
晚餐:滷味(燙青菜30元+蘭花甘+蒟蒻麵3個+蘿蔔)
or 自己煮:韓式泡菜湯(青菜+泡菜+蒟蒻麵半盒(8個)+豆腐半個)
涼拌蒟蒻麵+青菜豆腐湯
(玉米粒+泡菜+蒟蒻麵半盒(8個)+海帶芽+鮪魚罐頭1/3)
or 水餃10顆,假日就只吃2餐(因為睡過頭)
運動項目:
游泳:1hr每星期1次
排球:2hr每星期1次(男友)
X-BIKE:我40min 每星期3-4次
男友1hr 每星期2-3次
這樣實行了約1個月,但是我體脂些微下降,體重也有下降
但是男友完全沒有變瘦的跡象,有點兒被打擊,可以請大家幫我
看食譜或運動方面哪裡需要改進的,男友能健康且開心的瘦身!!
