之前意識到自己太胖了
就決定開始減肥
由於沒什麼時間運動 (我又扁平足 不太能長跑)
所以就決定朝健康飲食方面著手
早餐: 拉亞蔬果三明治+ab優酪乳
午餐: 植物的優x1 or 愛玉凍 +優酪乳
晚餐: 因為在家裡吃 老媽不可能配合我煮減肥餐 所以我就正常吃
但是我盡量吃蔬菜 肉的話 只吃一塊至兩塊
吃前還會先將肉用菜湯洗去油脂
成效:第一天實行的時候,餓的快發瘋了 手腳無力 而且體重沒有變化
第二天開始 以一天瘦一公斤的方式減下去
瘦到四公斤左右 開始跌停
第二週開始 又往下跌 直到瘦了六公斤以後
開始慢慢恢復正常飲食
心得:正常且健康的飲食很重要
光是改變飲食就可以瘦這麼多了
而且身體的感覺也都不一樣
早上醒來的時候也比較清爽有精神
後記:瘦下來後有維持一陣子,沒復胖
但是後來準備考試壓力大 又開始在亂吃 所以就胖回來了= =
現在又要來再實施一次減肥計畫了@ @
ps: 優酪乳也是有些熱量 我試過喝無糖的 但是實在不能接受它的味道
所以還是喝一般的口味 另外推荐LP33 比較好喝
