我是個嗜好吃澱粉類的人
如果沒有很刻意的話 不吃肉也沒關係
蔬果很簡單 因為青菜熱量低 所以每天都吃蠻多青菜的
但是擔心蛋白質量攝取不夠 養肌肉也需要蛋白質
想請問一下一天大約要攝取幾克蛋白質才夠
