引體向上動作求鞭 - 健身

附上身高體重 170/63-64 體脂約14%
目前背部的訓練除了其他啞鈴訓練以外 還包含引體向上
每次的訓練大概都是 6、6、5、5 一個星期兩次
大概施行了一個月 但覺得很難進步 很難標準的做完6*4 甚至再更進步
