三餐內容
早餐:自製肉鬆蛋起士土司+統一低糖豆漿&喜瑞兒穀片
或早餐店賣的烤肉漢堡+350cc.的溫豆漿
午餐:學校營養午餐,每天菜色不同
通常會有五菜一湯,蠻油的,應該有500~700大卡
像今天:糙米飯+炒青菜兩種+炒大白菜+炸肉塊3~4塊+滷豆腐一塊+味噌湯一碗
晚餐:通常午餐吃那麼好,晚餐就會節制些,吃大燕麥片+燙青菜
不過也會膩,就會吃關東煮、蔬菜捲餅或零五粥舖的粥之類的
有時也會吃高熱量像麻辣臭豆腐、炒飯、炒麵
其他:有時會吃小餅乾,一包約一百卡
週末有時會吃大餐
日常作息:12點前睡覺,六點起床
生活型態:公教人員,上課蠻耗體力的,但能坐著休息的時間也不少
減肥方式:每週2~5都會跑操場,一開始只能跑四圈左右
就會走路到45分鐘,回家後吃飽飯又騎x-bike一小時(阻力六,轉速不知道)
現在已經可以跑到八九圈了,大約跑25~30分鐘
接下來時間就會走操場走到一小時
因為有跑步,回家踩x-bike就不太認真
只會踩到全身發熱微喘而已,一樣阻力六

已經從四月減肥減到現在了
一開始去健身房一週三天,也有買教練課程作重訓
可是不喜歡被約束的感覺,加上效果不明顯(從59瘦到57 體脂肪從29到27)
所以11月開始就先暫停健身房
但是又怕變胖,所以就自己跑操場
我覺得以女生來講我跑八九圈應該很多了
吃的東西那麼多也應該有吃到基代(我約1300)
跑了一個月到現在,體重跟體脂居然都沒變
只有有時候早上量時會變56 體脂26(很高阿!)
但是只是曇花一現,晚上又回復了
減得很沒成就感阿...
我都按照版上的指示去作,也很努力運動了,怎麼會那麼慢甚至都沒變呢?
不是說一週瘦0.5~1kg是正常的嗎?
可是我半公斤也沒瘦 囧
是我運動量不夠還是吃太多了?
而且大腿超肥的(21吋!)
腰圍也很粗...(27吋 下腰圍(靠近肚臍那邊)30吋 嗚嗚....)
月底要拍婚紗照了,大家幫幫我給我點建議吧~~~> <
