這個問題困擾我非常久了
我三餐正常
先列菜單
早餐:全麥麵包兩片(或其他等量澱粉類的)加起司加一份水果,桃子藍莓什麼的不一定
大約八點吃
十點左右開始餓,開始吃點心,餅乾或黑巧克力包咖啡豆,或是燕麥棒之類的
中餐:ㄧ碗半的飯,一份菜,半個手掌大的肉類,加一份水果
大約十二點半吃
下午三點半開始餓,繼續吃點心,和早上一樣的東西
晚餐:ㄧ碗飯,ㄧ份半到兩份菜,半個手掌大的肉類(有時候更多)
大約六點半到七點吃
睡前幾乎都是餓的....
三餐幾乎都自己煮,但是我每次吃完飯大概兩個小時就餓了
和我一起吃飯的人都不會餓那麼快,就算我和別人都吃一樣量的東西我還是比他們餓的快
請問大家有人有類似的困擾嗎?有辦法解決嗎?
