快走小腿前側超酸 體重不減反增 救我~~~ - 美體

請問一下大家
最近開始減肥
開始每天早上喝一大杯水之後空腹快走跑步機30分鐘
然後早餐是一片全麥土司加一匙花生醬
然後兩片全麥土司加但加起司和火腿肉片 沒有任何調味料和美乃滋
加上自己用果汁機搖木瓜加豆漿和膠原蛋白的果汁
中午吃家裡煮的菜有什麼吃什麼
有時候是一顆飯糰
有時候是稀飯加肉鬆
有時候是家常小菜媽媽煮的
但都不超過一碗飯
晚餐原本只吃燙青菜
最近改吃芭樂一顆去籽
吃完之後去國小操場快走40分鐘
然後回家做50個仰臥起坐+200下空中腳踏車+100下交叉腳
每天都有喝2100cc的水
基礎代謝率是1378
可是這兩天量體重不減反增好懊惱喔
雖然有爬文看說是必經過程
可是還是想要趕快突破這個瓶頸
然後這兩天不知道為什麼在快走的時候都覺得小腿前側超級酸的
酸到一定要紓緩拉筋休息一下才可以繼續
是我的姿勢不正確嗎
請問大家我該怎麼修改我的減重方式才可以瘦下去呢
