我身高155公分,4年前體重都在52~55左右(因生理期而有所不同)
雖然有52公斤,但是看起來很瘦,了解一下才知道原來是自己的骨頭比較重
以前食量比一般女生多一點,不愛運動,偏愛喝飲料,有熬夜習慣,也會偷吃宵夜
這些壞習慣也沒造成體重的增加,所以都不太煩惱體重的問題
有時會為了愛情刻意減肥,減到48被媽媽說像木乃伊就不再繼續瘦了
到20歲那年,由於考到別縣市的大學,自己租屋然後半工半讀付學費及生活費
壓力相當大,晚上上班案子要結案有時到凌晨3點才下班,隔天8點又要上課
在超級睡眠不足下過了半年,體重也從52升到65,原以為是睡眠不足造成的
但是就是覺得很不對勁,換掉工作後睡眠足了,壓力沒了,少吃也多動,
卻還是一直胖...毅然決定去趟醫院檢查,驗血後發現"泌乳激素"過高
經醫生安排照MRI核磁共振,報告出來時真的超級震驚,原來自己會一直胖是生病了
"小姐:你腦下垂體長了腫瘤,約有2.12CM,建議立即開刀"
當下的我呢在這之前還單純的覺得只是內分泌失調而已...怎麼會是...
這疾病會造成好幾種的病徵,像是巨人症.不孕.肥胖.肢端肥大症等等
壽命會比一般人短2到5倍,好發於20-40歲,壓力引起的疾病。
藝人林依晨之前也是因此病開刀,現在病癒了,人也跟著瘦了一大圈,
心情好很多也找回健康的身體,不再為了肥胖而苦。
有關中間太過細節的部份就不冗述了,在做好完全的心理建設後,明年我就要動手術了
期盼自己可以趁年輕時手術,挽回失去的健康。
所以其實肥胖一定都會有原因的,試很多方法卻瘦不下來的人請抽空去驗血檢查
