分享給大家知道一下
PS: 最後幾招看起來很痛的感覺.....
秘招一:撿豆子
在吃完晚餐後,休息半小時後,倒200粒黃豆在地上,彎腰但腿不能彎,一粒一粒地
把黃豆撿起來,放到碗裡,重複動作200次,堅持幾個月,不僅腰變瘦,臀部和腿部
也有意想不到的效果喔!
秘招二:站立扭腰
站立左右扭腰100下(類似肚皮舞的扭腰動作,要借助腰部用力,而不是腿部或者是背
部力量)。
秘招三:靠牆站
同樣是晚飯後半個小時,夾緊臀部,把整個背部緊貼在牆壁上,臀部、背部、腿部、
腰部、頭、脖子等都儘量貼緊牆面。幾分鐘後腰就會很很累,堅持15分鐘。每天都做
一次,一周就能感受到效果,不僅能瘦腰,而且腿部、脖子、臉部也能變瘦。
秘招四:粗鹽瘦腰
粗鹽有發汗的作用,它可以排出體內的廢物和多餘的水分。在超市或雜貨店買幾袋粗
鹽。每次洗澡前,取一杯粗鹽加上少許熱水拌成糊狀,再把它塗在腹部。10分鐘後,
用熱水把粗鹽沖洗乾淨,也可以按摩後再沖掉,然後就可以開始洗澡了。或者,在洗
完澡後,在手掌上撒一大匙粗鹽,直接按摩腹部,搓時不要太用勁,以免把皮膚搓得
更粗糙。
秘招五:普洱茶瘦腹法
普洱茶對抑制腹部脂肪的增加有明顯的效果。普洱茶是由黑麴菌發酵製成,顧名思義
,是黑色。在發酵過程中產生一種普諾爾成分,從而起到了防止脂肪堆積的作用。想
用普洱茶來減肥,最好是喝剛泡好的濃茶。另外,應保持一天喝 1.5公升,在飯前飯
後各飲一杯,長期堅持下去。
秘招六:按摩瘦腹法
這是一種最常用的腹部減肥法,利用揉搓促進腸蠕動,減少腸道對營養的吸收,促進
血液循環,讓代謝物排出體外,改善便秘。按摩方法是以肚臍為中心,在腹部打一個
問號,沿問號按摩,先右側,後左側,各按摩30~50下,每天按摩 1次,就能發覺自
己變瘦了。
