我想問一下五峰土司一開始預爐是上火多少下火多少?然後是上火160下火220去烤嗎?還有葡萄乾土司最後發酵要發到烤模幾分滿在去烤?葡萄乾的預爐是多少?烤的時候又多少?圓頂奶油吐司預爐上火下火是多少?烤的時候上火多少和下火?還有一個問題我材料都秤對為什麼麵糰都黏黏的...很不好包。丙級的時間
