最近因為面臨某些事終於下定決心練慢跑有氣喘心臟病純跑步約學校操場的地形200公尺就達極限累積長年跌跌撞撞運動傷害也膝蓋不好想瘦身練耐力希望多少幫助長高(聽說慢跑較緩和容易長高)不練肌肉不受傷不對長高有不良影響需要一個月就大有成效(一個月後仍會一週慢跑二至五次)整體跑步計畫如何
