想請問各位大大
我的大腿到底是怎麼回事
我有運動的習慣
但通常只是跑步或快走
但大腿卻出現一塊一塊的硬肉
不知道要怎麼瘦阿..
是要繼續有氧還是深蹲(肉不會更硬嗎
還是要天天拉筋按摩呢
小腿跟大腿真的很不平均
求解阿嗚嗚
