減肥期間飲食
早餐:蔬果汁500cc(依家中蔬果隨意打汁)
+
烤地瓜一個or早餐店燻雞蛋餅(吐司不抹美乃滋)或薯泥蛋餅
午餐:素食店小便當
(白飯約半碗、燙青菜2份or水煮青菜2份、牛蒡排or素魚排or滷苦瓜一塊)
*以一拳頭大為一份計算
晚餐:同午餐or青菜湯+麥片一包or韓式泡菜豬肉炒飯(2/3人份)
*炒飯約一周吃1-2次
其他:偶爾吃點零食(一星期總量最多一包太空包量,不過最近都沒吃)
、不喝含糖飲料、周末飲食不限、甜食(蛋糕冰淇淋等)約一個月吃1-2塊
油炸物最多約兩星期吃一次
(真的很愛鹽酥雞> <,但會挪至晚餐與家人一同食用,通常只吃個幾塊肉
及幾條甜不辣)
日常作息時間:通常睡眠時間約8-9小時
生活型態:全職考生
減肥方式:一周5天慢跑8km/hr 雨備:turbo fire影片
問題陳述:
日前到康是美量的基礎代謝率約1100大卡
且從小受便秘困擾
希望能增加基礎代謝率並改善便秘情形
自己覺得三餐內容似乎偏少
不過吃完並沒有挨餓的感覺
或許因為這樣讓身體產生溜溜球效應
在短短兩周內胖了快2公斤(從48.8-50.5)
(這兩周因回家住 大概吃了4次鹽酥雞、麥當當等炸物而且完全沒運動,一整個爆)
礙於無法下廚 所以都外食為主(不過周邊選擇性很少)
想請版友提供建議該如何改進飲食?
PS想健康飲食一直維持下去
同時想增加肌肉量(經濟考量無法到健身房)
如果先利用kimico精瘦美書中動作
自行在家中簡單雕塑是否可行?
由於10月底有重要場合急需瘦身
希望能健康瘦一點 讓自己體態看起來能精實點
目標是12月底希望能將體脂降到20-23%、體重約45kg
