睡覺對我來說是一件困難的事情
從國中開始就因為難以入睡而需要服用安眠藥
服藥時間已經長達16年,在2005~2012服藥頻繁
每天晚上需要靠藥物才能睡著
近幾年已經進步到有時可自然入睡
但最近又因為有外在人為壓力干擾,又變成不易入睡
睡覺好像一道高牆,我必須越過這道牆才能"睡進去"
這道牆大部分的時間我是無法越過的
但我又不想一直吃安眠藥
開始以退黑激素、香蕉粹取物、GABA膠囊、每天快走~
有時明明很累了~但誰是睡不著
有時在床上躺了6個小時接近天亮才睡著
但偏偏準時六點又要起床
明明前一天沒有睡好,照理說今晚應該可以好好入睡,偏偏也沒有~
仍舊失眠一天又一天
目前我用的精油是香草集的舒眠精油:法國薰衣草、羅馬洋甘菊、甜馬鬱蘭、快樂鼠尾草
買了茉家的安寧夜晚和腦部放鬆精華打算再試試
因為我想懷孕,需要完全擺脫安眠藥(目前服用Ativan0.5~1mg)
想請教板上的前輩們,用擴香石比較好呢?還是買基底油稀釋精油塗在身上比較好?
如果還有其他的精油適合我也請各位前輩分享
