各位大大好~~
最近因為吃太多所以體重大增~~
想說要在夏天前減點肉好過夏天~~(夏天就是要穿美美&清涼的服裝嘛~~如果有肥肥的
肚子跟手就整個大扣分啦~~~)
然後就想說要用吃少一點加每天運動做為減肥的方法~~
可是問題來了~~
不知道是不是因為減少了食量的原故(其實也沒有減很多很多~只是像早餐都會吃四片
在土司~現在吃兩片而已)
現在每天不到中午十二點就餓到好像快要昏倒似的
請問各位大大~這樣是正常的嗎~~??
我是不是還是維持我原本的食量然後運動就好了~???
