運動之後突然感覺到基礎代謝率的增高是減肥的王道
因為我的室友從不運動,他吃的很少可是怎樣都瘦不下來
而我一周有氧運動一小時達五天並合三天的重訓,基礎代謝量有1600以上
每天照三餐吃的飽飽的也是照樣體重往下降
所以跟我的室友相比較之下感覺到我得要好好的提升基礎代謝量
才能更安心的享受美食,所以我想要請問各位同道中人的基代大概是多少呢?
不知道人的基代可以高到多少?
