想請問飲食或運動量!! - 美體

三餐內容
早餐:7-11統一高纖無糖豆漿+全麥土司兩片(全聯賣的那種)
午餐:白飯一碗+配菜(一碗量) 偶爾會加入蘋果或奇異果各一
晚餐:無糖高纖豆漿+生菜沙拉或者是水果
運動:鄭多燕有氧約20分鐘+五行健康操15-20分鐘等
喝水量:2000CC的檸檬水+1000CC茶葉(飯後都有泡茶的習慣)
其他:上述方法已實行一個星期 原本體重68 體脂34.8%
日常作息時間:前陣子約1或2點入睡
(最近正調整作息 6:30起床 12點以前入睡)
生活型態:全職考生
減肥方式:目前每天都有運動30分鐘以上
問題陳述:上述方法已實行一個星期 原本體重68 體脂34.8%
本身有在計算卡路里 每天幾乎攝取一千卡上下
只是體重只降0.3公斤 體脂降得挺快的
想請問體重只有稍降的原因是??
&飲食方式或者是運動量是否有需要加強的地方 也請多指教^^
