我想問一下女生有這種腿的身高體重大概多少?
我現在bmi是20左右 可是第二個叉叉的部分比較長 (從上往下數第二個)
我如果彎腰壓很下去的話就看得到一點點第一個叉叉 但站起來就沒有了
我在想可能還要再瘦一點或做些運動.
請問有人知道應該要做哪些姿勢比較會運動到相對應的肌肉嗎?
