胸部跟小腿 - 美體

最近持續運動中,主要是為了修飾身型
平時運動是快走
某天想試試跑步,可是胸部的肌肉好痛...該是練胸肌的時候...
想請問胸部大的女生都怎麼跑步的?
另外還有小腿肌
墊腳尖已經成為每日例行公事
腳踝有線條了(大約是小腿中間到腳踝線條的改變)
如果持之以恆
膝蓋到小腿中間這段也會改善嗎??(就很明顯的一陀)
