三餐內容
早餐:7*11無糖高纖豆漿
午餐:麻油雞(3小塊肉)+香菇+一顆蛋
晚餐:幾乎不吃 偶而會來吃碗麵(六日會吃一餐大餐)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
睡眠:晚上11/12點到隔天8點30
工作:9~20:30之後
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族
減肥方式:(例如:每周三次,每次慢跑30分鐘)
每天從公司走路50分鐘回家
問題陳述:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我大學的時候體重都維持在45~47左右
工作兩年多來
體重上升到49就在也瘦不下來
但是我一天也只吃一餐而以
每天也會走路回家
想了解體重卡住的主要原因...
