三餐內容
前情提要(XD):
上週六去看中醫,醫生說我是寒性體質,
但一直熬夜,肝火太旺,也有過敏性鼻炎,
所以目前在吃中藥調身體,醫生要我九點睡五點起床,
飲食先暫時忌冰冷物(含生菜)、甜物、發物
(發物的死亡名單包含餅乾、麵包、土司、優酪乳、養樂多等,
我有上網去查,決定他沒說的先不管他… (  ̄ c ̄)y▂ξ)
早餐:
先前:香雞蛋土司、豬排蛋土司、培根蛋土司等,
另加一杯冰紅茶(紅茶好好喝QQ)或咖啡(正常糖奶)
預計:一碗粥(超商),一條地瓜(自蒸或超商),
視飽足情況另加一杯溫熱無糖豆漿。
疑問:蘿蔔糕熱量似乎很高而且油?適合當早餐嗎?
因為暫時要戒掉土司、麵包等物(我把精緻澱粉都算在內了)
突然能吃的東西好像很少,只好一直吃粥,可是我又會膩啊...
版友有什麼適合的建議嗎?
午餐:
先前:炸大雞腿便當(飯通常會剩三分之一)、魚肚粥、義大利麵、
燒臘便當、牛肉麵、冰火波羅油加鴛鴦奶茶等(會胖是有原因的)
也會自己煮但常常很懶……而且會偷偷煮得很豐盛 Orz||||
我還曾經一餐煮掉一盒肉片,一個人吃到要吐...(因為不小心放到要過期了)
預計:自煮(調味只用鹽)
雞肉兩到三塊加一把冬粉加兩種青菜(一種大概兩到三把)
雞肉兩到三塊加地瓜一條加兩種青菜(一種大概兩到三把)
梅花豬肉片五片加一把冬粉加兩種青菜(一種大概兩到三把)
大燕麥片加起士一片加濃湯包
大燕麥片加起士一片加兩種青菜
外食
魚肚粥、魚粥、皮蛋瘦肉粥、廣東粥等粥品
控肉便當飯去半,挑三種綠色青菜
池上便當飯包飯減半
想不出來了
晚餐:
先前:雞排加百頁或薯條(死好T口T)、
炸大雞腿便當(飯通常會剩三分之一)、魚肚粥、義大利麵、
燒臘便當、牛肉麵等,
大致跟先前的午餐差不多,只是晚上多了雞排選項............
預計:同午餐安排,但份量可能會稍微減少一點(反正九點就要睡了)
其他:
常吃宵夜,宵夜當然是雞排跟炸物 Q_Q 我這一年胖了七公斤啊啊啊
很愛喝有糖飲料,常藉咖啡提神
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
長久以來:很不固定,常熬夜
過去兩年:極不固定,目前是研究生,
但因為有接助理,會有很多臨時性工作,
常常半夜工作,白天睡等等,作息非常紊亂,
而且我自己很喜歡睡午覺 Orz 或是用睡覺來逃避要做的事情,
我想生理時鐘應該非常恨我…
前陣子要調作息都調不回來,
常常在床上從晚上十一點多滾到三、四點還是睡不著,
最後等到睡著後一醒來又是早上十一點多了…
目前:慢慢在調作息,前陣子努力達到23:30-06:30的作息,但還是會破功,
看完中醫後現在努力調成21:00-05:00,
前天第一次有成功,而且我改掉午覺習慣,
昨天九點半上床真的一覺熟睡到五點,好久沒這麼棒的睡眠品質了,超級開心~
結果因為太開心一鬆懈,我早上看完表竟然又睡著了 orz|||
最後十點多才驟然驚醒…
結果還是失敗。 T_T
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
修課完畢,寫論文的研究生。
目前有接助理,但工作時間較固定,可以自由安排作息。
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
有一陣沒一陣,高中時曾胖到80,後來慢慢減下來,
大二下瘦到58,運動跟節食都有,
運動的話大多為慢跑30分到60分不等、踏步機40分到90分不等,
看當時身體狀況,或是爬山(一趟一小時多)一兩趟,
基本上體能部份有慢慢練起來,
以前跑半趟就不行,現在雖然復胖這麼多還是可以跑將近一個小時(昨天)
也曾經跑一個小時加爬山兩趟之類的,體力大致上都還可以負荷。
有一陣子天天跑五十分鐘,一個月不到,
我體脂降2%而且長高2公分!!!!這真是太誇張了!!!
這一兩年會復胖這麼多主要是因為運動習慣減少,
而且我吃的東西常常是高脂高熱量,肌肉量本來也就不足,
所以很容易發胖,
加上當時工作壓力很大,身體出現很多沒有過的毛病,
比方說兩個月的鼻竇炎、異位性皮膚炎、婦科感染等等,
自己都覺得怎麼會搞成這樣 Orz
現在開始重新強迫自己運動,
希望以大量運動的習慣讓自己找回那種節制感,
沒有運動而且吃得很放縱的生活,
我每天睡前都很焦慮,一直覺得又要變胖了又要變胖了,過得很不安心,
偏偏我是非常三分鐘熱度而且好吃懶做的傢伙 囧
所以如果要我「慢慢來」,我的鬥志可能很快又消散了……
這陣子的運動主要有:
一堂有氧課加橢圓機(fat burn模式)40分加一堂瑜伽
一堂有氧課加跑步機(速度約7)40分加一堂瑜伽
兩堂有氧課加一堂瑜伽
跑步40分加一堂瑜伽
走路一小時半
等等
每天開始會刻意多走路或站著。
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我是一個沒有看到成果就很容易灰心的人,
而且我真的很愛吃東西,越胖的東西我越愛吃,
高中會胖就是因為一天五餐,其中兩餐都是炸物或泡麵、蛋糕
這種飲食習慣到現在還是沒有很大的轉變,
以前的減肥經驗可能是運氣好的關係,
我只要一個月節制飲食加上運動,
很容易就可以瘦到4、5公斤(體脂也有降喔!)
或是天天跑步個一個月體脂就可以降到2、3%,
體重也降個兩公斤之類的,
所以我在短時間內看不到成果就會很沒耐心,
而且這個時間有越縮越短的感覺,
現在常常不到兩個禮拜我就失去耐心了…
可是我今年都25歲啦 T口T
深深覺得飲食習慣不改變,運動習慣不建立,
我一輩子都要為肥所苦,而且找不到男朋友嗚嗚嗚
我不高,但只要一瘦到58上下,
不知為何桃花立刻如雨後春筍般吃都吃不完(咦)
而且立刻會有很多性感或是尤物之類的恭維話撲面而來,
我管他是不是恭維,我想被稱讚啊!!!!
加上我又愛肌肉男(大心)
自己肥成這樣還想要求別人真的是很說不過去,所以 Q Q
能不能針對我的飲食跟運動給一些建議呢?
或是提供延長恆心的方法也超級歡迎!!!!
我不想一直這樣自卑下去啊 >”<
