胖了又減

減肥真是一輩子的工作壓
我的三餐如下,會太多嗎?
早餐 少糖的統一豆漿一瓶
香蕉一根
中午 炸雞腿便當一份
(去雞皮.飯一半----機關參訪所提供)
下午茶 金門的花生糖一顆
晚餐 紅豆湯圓(30元)
一顆橘子
七顆葡萄
一顆檸檬
