最近早上都吃外面賣的五穀類薏仁,
想說順便可以養身體
可是好像體重還是沒什麼減
不知道是不是五股類的熱量比較高
各位板友你們早上都吃什麼阿??
真的很想要減重!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
且現在冬天根本就好懶的出門
只能靠節食來減肥!!
