第一次失戀在國3...
被嫌太胖所以被狠狠的拒絕....
考完高中開始減肥...
一年減了20公斤....
每天就是跑操場....
每節下課先去買個一兩圈...得廁所人少就去上個廁所然後回教室上課....
下午放學要躲教官抓頭髮跟衣服....
還是先去操場跑個5圈再回家....
每餐都是燙青菜或是生菜沙拉加優格.....
偶爾吃個燙肌肉或是雞蛋....
一開始瘦的很快...3個月就不見了10公斤....
之後的狀況有點停滯....但是慢慢恢復正常飲食然後繼續跑步....
一年之後我成功減了20公斤...
但是算算那一年是我跑步最多的一年....
2圈 X 8節課 = 16圈....每天16圈的日子大概除了馬拉松選手之外....
沒有人可以像我這樣吧....
現在的身材不是真的很好....但是感覺很健康....
褲子都可以穿S號的...胸部也能還是D....
操場真是超棒的減肥工具!!
