各位先進,我想學製作日式仙貝(米果),是那種大片在炭火上烘烤,而非像台式旺旺仙貝,因為去日本每次必買,我覺得日式的仙貝較為結實有咬勁,口味也較豐富,台式的口感較蓬鬆,不同的感覺,只是我個人比較喜歡日式仙貝。1.是否可以提供我製作的過程與所需的原料及設備2.或是提供我何處可也�
