我想瘦15公斤左右目前65身高168理想體重是50或47之前因為練校隊有瘦下來7公斤但是現在又胖回來5公斤了真的很懊惱尤其大腿真的是很粗很粗我現在打算早餐午餐正常吃晚餐吃炒高麗菜吃完後去跑附近學校操場但是我不知道大概要跑幾圈可能我跑幾圈就會放棄所以想要給自己定一個目標然後跑完就直接回家睡覺了這樣做會復胖嗎?我真的想要瘦下來
