我是個國中生身高156體重50這是我瘦身的第四週但是又胖了原本48.8胖了~~~~~~早餐我都吃御飯糰或麵包.水中餐都吃學校的晚餐都吃零食一點點但是感覺排洩不是很好我一天大概都攝取3000~3600cc的水請告訴我早餐午餐晚餐要吃什麼才是最好最簡單的?我想在1~2個月瘦到40~42公斤一天大概攝取多少水是最好的?一
