我是一位準備要進高中的男生-.-
尤於我實在太胖 又不高 170/75 更可悲是胖在下半身--
而且我腿真的超級粗 又有超級蘿蔔腿 大腿/小腿:62/42(CM)<<驚人的數字
但是我非常想每天跑步 但是膝蓋之前有"臏骨軟化" 要復健一陣子.(六個月吧)
但是我每天看的我的身材 真是... 想衝到鏡子裡把那個人打死..
請大家告訴我任何可以瘦身的動作 還有瘦下半身的動作
拜託各位了!! 我一切的希望交托在你們手中了~~~~~!!!!!!!!
